We report an in-well and barrier coupling pump scheme of semiconductor disk laser (SDL). An in-well-absorbed (940 nm) a barrier-absorbed (808 source were used to measure output characteristics. The power the can be significantly improved compared only under similar thermal load conditions. scaling SDL is caused by interaction dynamics photoexcited carrier between quantum-well barrier. results are discussed with rate equation model that considers injected into in active region.
